1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer for 3D filament more than 10 years in China.
2.Q: Where are the main markets for sales?
A: North Amercia, South Amercia, Europe, Africa, Asia etc.
3.Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Usually 3-5 days for sample or small order. 7-15 days after the deposit receive for bulk order. Will confirm detail lead time when you place the order.
4.Q: What is the standard of package?
A: Professional export packing:
1) Torwell color box
2) Neutral packing without any company information
3) Your own brand box according to your request.
5.Q: How does Torwell control the 3D filament quality?
A:1)During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the quanlity by themselves.
2)After finished the prodction, will show to QA for full inspection.
3)Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.
6. What is your term of delivery ?

Note
- Keep the filament as vertical as possible without twisting it.
- Because of shooting light or display resolution, there are a little color shading between the pictures and filaments.
- There is a little difference between different batches, so that it is recommended to buy enough filament at one time.
