1. Before or after using, we recommend you to insert the end of the filament into the small hole on the side of the spool to avoid tangle. Please trim it using a side cutter before feeding the filament into the extrude, even if not broken, bent filament will cause jam or bad quality.
2. If you are not printing for the next few days, please retract the filament to protect the printer nozzle.
3. Cleaning with cleaning filament or changing the nozzle before printing is a effective way to reduce jam.
4. If the adhesion of the first layer is poor, you can try:
1). Flatten the printing substrate again to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the panel.
2). Using 3M tape/masking tape/glue stick can help the filament stick to the panel more better.
3). Higher the bed temperature accordingly.
